How we took iQuoteXpress from an invisible brand to page 1 on Google, 10× the leads, and 2× the revenue
The problem
iQuoteXpress needed a rapid visual reimagining for their technically complex and highly functional SaaS tool. The existing product was technically robust but the design was detrimental to sales and user experience. They sought a quick, impactful refresh to better reflect their innovative capabilities and inspire the team toward a grander future.
Our solution
In just one day, we delivered a clean, intuitive design that breathed new life into their platform. Our lightning-fast approach focused on enhancing the user interface with a fresh, modern aesthetic, transforming the tool into a visually appealing experience without compromising functionality.

Before Cozy
IQX knew their current site didn’t reflect their innovative services, much less stand up to their competitors in visibility and design. Despite their best efforts, the site functioned as only a home base for existing clients to access their software rather than generating leads.
The design and logo were severely outdated, the site didn’t rank for competitive keywords, and the voice didn’t mirror the company’s professional B2B offering. IQX knew how to implement and sell CPQ software; they didn't know branding, website design, or marketing. We do!
360° rebrand
We knew IQX could stand apart from the competition. So we drove a massive overhaul, from the branding to the website to the marketing. We needed to evoke a confident and subtle connection to the likes of Salesforce’s Steelbrick.

A brand is born
Contemporary feel. Professional colors. An in-built mark. A concise tagline.
Of course, the logo redesign didn’t happen overnight; we did many iterations to obtain the ideal understated yet professional feel. Cozy began by drawing out sketches, then designing early digital work.

Taking it to the web
The IQX website needed to reflect the new branding’s modern and approachable look. The new website wasn’t just a refresh of palettes and layouts but a top-to-bottom overhaul.
How we created a site that generated 2× the revenue
We transformed their lackluster, outdated site into a lean, lead-driving machine that revolutionized the company’s sales approach. Some of what got us there:
- Attention-grabbing hero paired with strong call to action
- Concise copy explaining IQX’s core offering
- Integrated forms to convert users into leads
- Improved user experience fulfills expectations and guides conversion
- New interface and colors reflect innovative services
- Keyword-rich copy boosts Google rankings
Content & marketing
We knew that IQX would need ongoing, dedicated marketing support and materials to continue to compete in their vast industry.
We delivered additional requisite marketing strategies for this continued success
- Business cards and brochures for booths, meetings, and conferences
- Whitepaper “RFP Responses Made Easy” to engage and convert leads
- IQX’s enhanced reputation and presence as a CPQ expert
- Lead-generating campaigns for strong brand awareness
We went above and beyond the blog to grow and sustain IQX’s web traffic. We promoted content to major, far-reaching industry influencers, including Capterra, CRM Software Blog, and technology partners like Zoho.
One of the immediate benefits we saw was a spike in high-quality leads. This steady lead intake allowed us to build a business baseline and focus on long-term planning.
